What we wanted users to feel and accomplish.

Design a single digital hub that helps members discover events, join live sessions, and build ongoing community participation without platform friction.

Challenge We Had to Solve

The friction points that were hurting clarity, trust, or conversion.

Users were bouncing between disconnected tools for events, communication, and updates. That fragmented experience caused missed events, low engagement, and poor continuity between sessions.

Strategic UX Response

How I translated insight into interaction, hierarchy, and decisions.

I mapped the full user journey, then consolidated core actions into a unified flow: event discovery, RSVP, meeting access, and post-event group touchpoints. I prioritized information hierarchy, clear CTAs, and low-friction navigation patterns to reduce decision fatigue.

Outcome / Impact

  • Improved discoverability of upcoming events through clearer IA
  • Reduced user drop-off between RSVP and attendance touchpoints
